Now aspiring to serve as the Governor of Anambra State under the YPP, Sir Paul is bringing his leadership to a broader stage—anchored in transparency, empowerment, and innovation. As part of his campaign, he is sponsoring 50,000+ access to UK-certified CPD training courses, equipping thousands of young people with the skills they need to lead, earn, and actively participate in building a better Anambra.

Sir Paul C. Chukwuma is a devoted family man happily married to Mrs. Fidelia Chukwuma, and together they’re raising six wonderful children. He not only nurtures his own family but treats every community member like his own child, earning his reputation as “Father to All” .

A celebrated academic, Sir Paul graduated first-class in Philosophy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, then earned First-Class Honours in Law from Baze University Abuja. He holds an LL.M (Distinction) in Intellectual Property & IT Law from the University of Derby, UK, and is an alumnus of Lagos Business School
Today, he serves as Pro-Chancellor at Olivia University (Bujumbura, Burundi), demonstrating his lifelong dedication to developing educational institutions.
